At least one injured in Okanagan two-vehicle T-bone collision

One person at least was injured in a collision between a pickup truck and an SUV Thursday afternoon

An injured woman is removed from one of two vehicles involved in a collision Thursday afternoon on Main Street at Okanagan Avenue East. The second vehicle involved was a pickup truck. Further details were not available. (Mark Brett - Western News)

At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle, T-bone collision Thursday about 4:20 p.m.

The accident happened on Main Street at the intersection of Okanagan Avenue East.

RCMP, Penticton Fire Department and B.C. Ambulance Service all attended.

One person from the SUV was taken by stretcher to the ambulance. The second vehicle was a white pickup truck which was facing north.

Traffic was reduced to a single lane in either direction for a brief time.
