The Terry Fox Run in Summerland will be on Sunday, September 18. There will be two events – a five-kilometre run or walk following the Giant’s Head Run five-kilometre route, and a one-kilometre walk hosted by Joanne Malar and the Orca Swim Club.
Registration begins at 10 a.m. at the Aquatic Centre on Kelly Ave. Both events start at 11 a.m.
There is no entry fee and no minimum pledge.
Everyone is invited to participate any way they choose: run, walk, bike, roller blade, wheel chair, or push a stroller. Dogs on leash welcome.
