Health fair planned

Health and wellness products and services will be showcased during the Summerland Health Care next month.

Health and wellness products and services will be showcased during the Summerland Health Care next month.

The fair will be held on Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Throughout the day, exhibitors will show products and services such as foot reflexology, computer nutritional analysis, hand paraffin wax treatment and more.

Dale Belvedere, organizer of the event, said 30 to 35 exhibitors are expected for this year’s fair, including a number of new exhibitors.

She said the event is not only for seniors but is intended for all in the community.

The fair will be held on Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Seniors’ Drop-in Centre, 9710 Brown St.

Anyone interested in exhibiting at the fair should call Belvedere at 250-486-6185.
