Billets are needed for the Good Will Shakespeare Festival coming in May.

Art show

The South Okanagan Similkameen Brain Injured Society (SOSBIS)  is sponsoring a public art show and sale next Saturday, March 26 at Fibonacci’s (219 Main St.) in Penticton. Begins at 8 p.m.

Tickets are available at the door.

Comedy night

An evening of comedy at the Summerland Legion will feature professional stand-up comedian and radio host, Rob Balsdon, with special guests Jamie Charest and Simon Welton.

Movie night

Next movie night is Monday, March 28 at 7 p.m. at the Summerland Yacht Club. Michael Moore’s film, Capitalism: A Love Story, is presented by the Summerland Film Club. Everyone welcome. Free.

Okanagan Symphony

Jazz Vespers

Jazz Vespers, featuring Larry Crawford and friends, will be held at St. Saviour’s Anglican Church in Penticton on Sunday, March 27, 7 p.m.  All are welcome.

Ken Smedley and The George Ryga Centre are pleased to present the 16th Annual Bill Henderson/Roy Forbes Songwriters Showcase featuring songwriters from across Western Canada, Friday, April 15, 8 p.m. at the Centre Stage Theatre in Summerland.

Tap your feet to live sounds of music of Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, the Dorsey’s and more. 

Sponsored by the Summerland Kiwanis Club and featuring Windenharp, Larry Crawford Instrumental and Haute Aire and the Thursday Night Jazz Band. 7 p.m. Thursday, April 7 at Centre Stage Theatre.
