A variety of art pieces from local artists will be on display at businesses around the community this summer for Art Walk.
The event runs July 27 to Aug. 31 and will include paintings, drawings, sculpture, clay work, glass work and photography.
Alana Parker, coordinator of the Summerland Arts Council’s Summer Arts Program, said Art Walk should benefit the participating businesses. “It definitely brings people downtown,” she said.
In addition to retail stores, art will be displayed at professional offices.
