Congratulations to the District of Summerland for their excellent job handling the upgrade of Summerland’s water system.

As someone who grew up in Trout Creek and loves this area, I’m writing a history of the neighbourhood for publication this year.

I would respectfully ask the mayor and council to consider the below listed items when assessing the developer's application.
