Summerland’s Summer Arts Program to return

Arts-related activities for children will be held in July and August

The Summerland Community Arts Council’s Summer Arts Program will be back this year, following a two-year absence.

The program will be held in July and August, with a wide variety of options for children between the ages of three and 14.

Qualified teachers will be leading kids in many fun and educational classes including Texture Art, Fibre Art, Zumba for Kids, Exploring the Eco System, Macrame Art, Mixed Media on Canvas, Make Your Own Jewelry, Crafting with Felt, Chemistry is All About Potions and Fun with a Pocketknife, for beginners and advanced students.

Bursaries are available to ensure classes are accessible to all children.
