Summerland skaters pass tests

Three members of Summerland Skating Club participated in testing in December

The Summerland Skating Club has a successful test week earlier this month with a test day at their home rink on Dec. 13 and a test day hosted by the South Okanagan Skating Club on Dec. 16.

Three skaters with the Summerland Skating Club were among the participants.

Keelyn Mitchell passed her Senior Silver Skills as well as her part 1 (elements) to her Junior Silver Freeskate.

Kaylee Fortunato for soloed (not many people have attempted to solo) and passed her last Senior Silver dance test as well as her Senior Bronze skills and her part 2 (program) to her Junior Silver Freeskate.

Lacey Doerksen passed her Star 4 skills earlier this week in Summerland.
