Summerland Arts Council to offer Summer Arts Program

Activities for children from 3 to 14 will be offered

The Summerland Community Arts Council will present the Summer Arts Program this July and August.

The wide variety of programs gives children aged three to 14 the opportunity to take part in artistic and creative art camps.

Qualified teachers will be leading kids in many fun and educational classes including some new classes for three- to five-year-olds.

This year’s classes include Music and Movement, Zumba for Kids, Worldbeat Dance and Art, Macrame Art, Sensory Play Science and Creative Learning, The Art of Origami, Make Your Own Jewelry, Loose Parts and Storytelling, Chemistry is All About Potions and Fun with a Pocketknife, for beginners and advanced students.
