The Summerland Credit Union presented a $500 donation to the Grade 5 Ambassador Program at Giant’s Head Elementary School.
The money was raised through the sale of the annual Credit Union collectible stuffed animal, Scully the Skunk.
The Grade 5 Ambassador Program is a leadership program for all grade 5 students. The students sign up for various activities throughout the year including: morning greetings; announcements; lunch monitoring; and special events.
