Super Bowl Sunday is one of the biggest days for pubs, breweries and restaurants that have TV screens.
But one Penticton pub has turned the big game day into a fundraiser for Princess Margaret Secondary’s dry grad.
Barley Mill Brew Pub and Sports Bistro has been selling $25 tickets to the Super Bowl which gets you a beef dip and fries, door prizes and access to some of the largest screens in town. There will also be 50/50 and other raffles to add to the day.
The main pub area is already sold out but they still have room on the upper level where they’ve pulled down the projector and the TVs are on.
Kick-off is at 3:30 p.m. for Philadelphia versus Kansas City.
Half time show features Rihanna.
