Summerland Olympic champion Justin Kripps will be the keynote speaker at the 115th Penticton and Wine Country Chamber of Commerce’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, March 16.
This event will be a virtual gathering with the AGM running from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m.
At the AGM, the 2022-2023 board of directors will be elected, there will be a presentation of the 2021 financial statements and the 2021 year in review.
Following the meeting, Kripps will speak about his journey, the series of events and decisions that led to an inflection point in his career towards success.
Kripps is recently home after winning bronze as the bobsleigh pilot for the Canadian team at the 2022 Beijing Olympics. The Summerland resident has several Olympic and World Cup medals in his successful career.

There are 13 nominees, of whom three are incumbents vying for the seven seats on the board.
