Congratulations, Patrick Murphy!
Just by waiting a couple of years, you got our mayor and council to allow you to more than double the number of homes you can put on your Hunters Hill development.
That was no mean feat.
And from what I read, you have in turn forced the rest of the Summerland taxpayers into helping foot the bill for part of the infrastructure.
That really put the icing on the cake — for you.
Developers everywhere will be proud of you.
And with the proximity to Kelowna and Westbank shopping, the residents up there will feel no obligation to support Summerland merchants. Apart from your realty office, of course.
