Dear Editor:
The damage and losses of appliances, electronics and heating systems in the Trout Creek area due to a power surge last week will run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We pay high utility fees. I think we should be able to expect reliable service with safety measures to prevent such wide spread damage.
