Morgan STEUART

February 4, 2010

Morgan Ross Steuart. It is with heavy hearts that Morgan Steuart’s family announces the sudden passing of their son, brother, uncle, and father who went to be with the Lord on February 4, 2010. He is survived by his mother Maureen Biglow, father Gary Steuart, step-mother Linda, his children Andrew, Patrick, and Jessica, his sister Kathleen Steuart of Penticton, brothers James Steuart (Jacqueline) of Coquitlam, Robert Steuart (Michelle) of Delta, his Nana K. Forrester of Abbotsford, BC as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Morgan was born in Penticton, BC on October 22, 1960. He grew up and went to school in Summerland. His first wife was also from Summerland. They parted. Later Morgan went to welding school where he received his pipeline tickets. He moved to Vancouver where he met his second wife, Kelly. They moved to Nanaimo after their marriage where he resided until a few years ago when his marriage ended. Morgan moved back to the Okanagan and he resided here, on and off, until his untimely death. Morgan had a love for children and always talked about his own children who were always in his heart. His friends Jackie, Kathleen, and Josh were very special to him. Morgan’s musical abilities were enviable. He loved his music and was a very talented guitar player. He was artistic and had a wonderful imagination! He was always ready to hear a good story (his sense of humour was unique). He had a love for dogs and animals. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends! “Your family’s love for you will never cease, my Son, rest now. Be in peace.” – Mum. A memorial gathering will take place to celebrate Morgan’s life in late spring. Memorial tributes may be made to Teen Challenge or Easter Seals.
