BENNEST, David Grant died in Mexico while on vacation Friday March 6, 2009 in his 67th year. Grant, the oldest son of Bill & Babe Bennest, is survived by his daughter Jodie Goulet (Mike) and two grandsons Jared and Ryan of London Ontario. Grant was predeceased by his son, Michael in 2004. He leaves his five brothers, Bill, Brian, Jack, Jim and Doug. He graduated 1960 from Oliver’s SOHS in and after receiving a commerce degree from UBC moved to Terrace. Grant Bennest spent most of his life in the Skeena Valley as an instructor at Northwest Community College. His family and many friends will celebrate his life this summer.
