Public notice is hereby given pursuant to section 124(3) of the Community Charter that it is the intent of the District of Summerland Council to consider the adoption of amendments to the District’s Council Procedure Bylaw No. 2018-035. In general terms, proposed Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 2023-022 would amend the Council Procedure Bylaw No. 2018-035 in the following ways:
- Including Council Chambers Rules of Decorum
A copy of Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 2023-022 is available for viewing on the District’s website at www.summerland.ca or in person, Tuesday through Friday, except statutory holidays, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm at: Corporate Services Department, Municipal Hall 13211 Henry Avenue, Summerland, BC V0H 1Z0.
