NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY
In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the District of Summerland gives notice that it intends to lease approximately 4600 square metres of a portion of the land legally described as District Lot 2542 Osoyoos Division Yale District Except Parcel A (Plan 629), KAP70418 and EPP39321, as shown outlined on the sketch plan below, to MacKinley-Clark Paving Ltd. for a term beginning on November 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2034, for an annual rent of $30,000, subject to a 2.5% increase each year. The land will be used exclusively for the purposes of operating an asphalt plant and ancillary services.
