Apex Mountain Resort was home to the Canadian Cup Series this past weekend where athletes competed on the world cup mogul course.

Early season teams come from all over the world, including Australia and Japan, to train on this 230 metre course.

Kassidy Todd has been a member of the B.C. Freestyle Team for the last two years.

She says this past weekend’s competition is the first of four series in the Canadian Cup, with two taking place in Quebec and another in Ontario.

Only 75 skiers from across Canada will qualify from this event.

This event was an FC Canadian Cup Series competition sanctioned by the Apex Freestyle Club, and valued in the Canadian Cup and HPP Rankings.
