On Thursday evening, the Okanagan Historical Society and the Summerland Museum will host a presentation titled History of Summerland Schools.
The presenter is former school principal George Sutton.
A popular teacher and principal, Sutton has been researching Summerland schools for many years.
The presentation will take place at Sagebrush Theatre at the Senior’s Village beside the Interior Health Centre on Atkinson Avenue, beginning at 7 p.m. Admission is free but donations would be appreciated.
