Winners were selected in the Postcard Challenge, held by the Summerland Community Arts Council during Arts and Culture Week last month

Winners were selected in the Postcard Challenge, held by the Summerland Community Arts Council during Arts and Culture Week last month. Participants were asked to create a piece of art on a postcard with their vision of the theme, Beyond Tomorrow: What my world will look like in the future. From left are teen category winner Claire Bowyer, adult category winner Mary Eileen Scales, professional category winner Karen Griggs and child category winner Marie Bowyer. The Mackenzies won the family category. Representatives of the Summerland Community Arts Council said a great variety of work was entered.
